Shree Ganesh Engineering Works is an industrial ball valve supplier in India serving EPC contractors, plant maintenance teams, OEMs and traders. Every valve is produced under our MESCO brand at Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad, and is designed to API, BS, DIN, MSS and JIS specifications.
Instead of buying different valve types from different vendors, buyers can source their complete industrial ball valve requirement from one manufacturer – from ¼" screwed instrument valves to 24" flanged and trunnion-mounted valves, in manual or automated execution.
What makes a ball valve “industrial”?
A plumbing ball valve is designed for clean water at low pressure. An industrial ball valve is engineered for process media – hydrocarbons, steam, solvents, acids, slurries and gases – at defined pressure classes and temperatures. The differences show up in:
- Body material and wall thickness chosen to a pressure class (ASME 150 to 2500).
- Seat material selected for temperature and chemical compatibility (PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, graphite).
- Stem design – blow-out-proof stems, gland packing and ISO mounting pads for actuators.
- Documented testing – shell and seat tests per API 598 / BS EN 12266 before dispatch.
Our industrial ball valve range
We group our range by design, material and operation so buyers can quickly locate the right product:
- By design: two-piece, three-piece, three-way (L/T port), full bore and reduced bore, trunnion mounted.
- By material: stainless steel, carbon steel, forged steel, PTFE lined.
- By connection: flanged, threaded / screwed, socket weld and butt weld.
- By operation: manual lever / gear, pneumatic actuated, motorized (electric actuated).
- Special service: high pressure, jacketed, flush bottom, mini ball valves.
How to specify an industrial ball valve
Sending the following details with your enquiry lets our team quote the right valve the first time:
- Line size and required bore (full or reduced).
- Pressure class or design pressure, and design temperature.
- Fluid / media and any special condition (sour service, slurry, oxygen, steam).
- Body and trim material preference.
- End connection standard (e.g. ASME B16.5 flanges, BSP or NPT threads, SW/BW schedule).
- Operation: lever, gear, pneumatic (double acting / spring return) or electric – with voltage.
- Quantity and any third-party inspection requirement.

Supplying projects and maintenance across India
We supply industrial ball valves to plants in Gujarat, Maharashtra and other states, for both new projects and shutdown / MRO requirements. Third-party inspection can be arranged as per customer requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Which industrial ball valve sizes do you supply?
Our forged and flanged range covers ½" to 24" (15 to 600 mm). Screwed bar-stock and mini ball valves start from ¼".
Can you supply industrial ball valves with actuators?
Yes. We supply pneumatic actuated (double acting or spring return) and electric actuated ball valves, as well as gear-operated valves for larger sizes.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection is carried out as per customer requirement, in addition to our in-house dimensional checks and pressure testing.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a manufacturer. Valves are produced and tested at our units in Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad, under the MESCO brand.
